| Welcome We have four instructors; we charge $50 a month for unlimited training; and we pride ourselves on being a small, barebones facility that will never lose you in the crowd. We don't use contracts. You simply come in and train. We have heavy bags, weights, and other equipment that we take down or put up as needed. Don't let the size of the place fool you.
